Big Week

15 December, 2010

This week has been pretty crazy for me.

Firstly, I’m moving house, which is why I’m blogging far less than I want to.  For that, I apologise, and say that it’ll come back in a couple of days.  Part of the reason of where I’m moving to is so I can be in a central location for tutoring students.

Secondly, as a direct follow from the first, I’m going to be moving to a lifestyle that has far less possessions in it.  I can see how difficult it is to move and think from all the clutter around, and moving house is the perfect opportunity to get rid of some of it.  I’m inspired by some of the minimalist folk around, too.  I’m going to say it publically: I’m going to try to live with a total of 100 possessions.  I may or may not succeed, but I definitely want to give it a shot.

Thirdly, I’m very happy because my little company, Andrew Smith Education, got it’s own Facebook url: facebook.com/andrewsmithedu – which means that I’m absolutely stoked at how much support my business has gotten already!  If you like what I’m producing, like what I do, or just want to like something, check out my page and show your support.

Coincidentally on the same day, Andrew Smith Education got it’s own logo, which I’m also very happy about.  If you haven’t seen it, check out the top-right side of my blog or go to my Facebook page.

I’m really excited about these things – the first two because I’m starting to live in a way that I want to, the second two because I’m starting to work in a way that I want to.

Do you like the logo?  Think that minimalism is stupid?  I’d love to hear your feedback!
